Wind turbine blades have a calculated and defined life expectancy which is dependant on the environment and operating conditions. Damage from freeze / thaw cycles, lightning strikes, moisture intrusion and leading edge erosion can occur. Planned inspection and maintenance schedules help to maintain the blade life expectancy and guarantee safe and reliable operation by monitoring the blade condition. Our DJI Inspire 1 drone is piloted by an FAA Part 107 Certified pilot and the camera systems can be remotely controlled by inspectors, engineers and technicians qualified for blade inspection or approved by the wind park management group of technical experts.
Solar Panel Inspections
Aerial infrared imaging linked to high definition image capture for inspection of photovoltaic modules is widely accepted as an industry standard. Thermal imaging detects defective panel cells, connection points and complete arrays that form individual electrical phases. Solar panel inspection forms an essential part of quality control methodology and periodic maintenance schedules providing an efficient method for detecting damage from freeze/thaw cycles, lighting strikes, moisture intrusion and micro vibrations within the building structures can seriously affected the integrity of the installation. Pipelines & Railroads
Many transmission pipelines cross remote, undeveloped, difficult to access or sparsely populated areas. Our fleet of drones can inspect your pipelines utilizing high-resolution digital, infrared and thermal imaging to detect and document possible leaks. If suspect areas are found, the locations are precisely mapped with GPS, and you’re immediately informed. Depending on your gas pipeline inspection needs, we will use either a CH4 (Methane) or a C2H6 (Ethane) gas analyzer, combined with high-resolution digital imaging. The gas analyzers are designed to detect elevated levels of either methane or ethane in the air above a pipeline. A log report is created from the drone inspection flight, showing the exact flight path, along with GPS coordinates and levels of methane or ethane detected.

Due to the railway networks’ lines, spreading throughout thousands of miles, their monitoring is not easy task.
